Here are 3 yummy and easy recipes which do not eat your time & helps you cook finish!

Paneer Tikka:
Paneer- 1/2 Kg
Tomato- 1
Onion- 1
Capsicum- 1
Cumin seeds- 1/2 tablespoon
Coriander seeds- 1/2 tablespoon
Green cardamom- 7
Cloves- 1/2 tablespoons
Black pepper- 1/2 tablespoon
Anise- 2
Ginger-garlic paste- 3 tablespoons
Turmeric powder- 2 tablespoons
Red chilli powder- 2 tablespoons
Coriander powder- 2 tablespoons
Refined oil- 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice
Garam masala- 1/2 tablespoon
Dry mango powder- 1/2 tablespoon
Chaat masala- 1/2 tablespoon
Green chilli- 2 (chopped)
Curd- 100 grams (whisked)
Coriander leaves (chopped)
Mint leaves (chopped)
How to make:
1. Roast cumin seeds, coriander seeds, green cardamom, cloves, black pepper, anise without oil.
2. Let them cool and grind to make masala powder.
3. Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, refined oil, coriander leaves, mint leaves, lemon juice, dry mango powder, chaat masala, green chilli, whisked curd and prepared masala into a bowl.
4. Mix them all.
5. Dice the Paneer into thick inch cubes. Dice the onions, tomato and capsicum same as paneer. Add all of them to the prepared marinade.
6. Arrange the paneer and vegetables placing them alternately on a skewer.
7. Then brush oil on a pan and put the skewers on it till cooked.
Sprinkle few drops of Lemon Juice and Chaat Masala on it before serving.

Stuffed Onion Rings

Onion- 1
Cheese- 1/2 cup (grated)
Potato- 1 (boiled)
Red Chilli powder- 3/4 tablespoon
Chaat masala- 1/2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Breadcrumbs- 1 cup
All-purpose flour- 2 tablespoons
Corn flour- 2 tablespoons
Water- 1/4 cup
Cooking Oil
How to make:
1. Add cheese and boiled potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
2. Mash them well.
3. Now add chilli powder, chaat masala and salt, mix well and keep aside.
4. Cut the onion into rings and separate the slices.
5. Take 2 onion rings, one large and one small.
6. Stuff the prepared filling in between the rings.
7. Make a smooth and thin batter with all-purpose flour, corn flour and water.
8. Dip the stuffed rings in the batter, then coat them with breadcrumbs and again dip in the batter.
9. Freeze the coated rings for 15-30 minutes.
10. Put them in the medium hot oil.
11. Stir-fry them till they turn golden brown, remove and place on an absorbent paper.
Serve the rings with ketchup.

Maggi Tikkis

Maggi noodles- 1 pack
Maggi masala- 1 pack
Potatoes- 2 (boiled & mashed)
Peas- 3 tablespoons (boiled)
Corn- 3 tablespoons (boiled)
Coriander leaves
red chilli powder-1 tablespoon
Dry mango powder- 1/2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Breadcrumbs- 1 cup
All-purpose flour- 2 tablespoons
Corn flour- 2 tablespoons
Water- 1/2 cup

How to make:
1. Take peas, corn, potatoes and coriander leaves in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add chilli powder, salt and Maggi masala. Mix them well.
3. Now add in boiled noodles. Mash and Mix again.
4. Mix all purpose flour and corn flour with water to make a thin batter in a new bowl.
5. Make the prepared vegetables and noodles mixture into patties. (Grease your hands with oil.)
6. Dip the patties in the batter and coat them with breadcrumbs.
7. Now fry them in hot oil till they turn golden brown. (Stir occasionally.)
Serve hot with cheese dip and sauce.
