It is essential to maintain good eating habits, need to limit intake of alcohol, sugary foods and reduce purine-rich foods like meat, poultry, seafood, and pulses and to have a proper medication to prevent gout. Vegetables like cauliflower, asparagus, spinach, peas, and mushroom also contain a lot of purines. Foods that keep uric acid at normal levels

Water

Berries

Vegetable juices
300 ml carrot juice with a combination of 100 ml beet and cucumber juice is very effective should be taken daily.
Milk and curd which is low-fat dairy products help lower uric acid level.

Include vitamin C rich foods & supplements in your daily diet it disintegrates uric acid and forces it out of the body through urine. Vitamin C good sources are amla, guava, kiwi, lemon,
sweet lime, oranges, capsicum, tomato and green leafy veg.

High-fibre foods
Apples, strawberries, blueberries, pears, isabgol, Oats, Broccoli, cucumbers, celery, and carrots, barley are high in dietary fiber may help absorb uric acid in your bloodstream, allowing it to be eliminated from your body through your kidneys. 
Lowering uric acid bananas are also beneficial.
Green tea
Consume green tea on a regular basis to control high uric acid levels (hyperuricemia) and lower your risk of developing gout.
More alkaline food items like eating grains such as jowar, bajra which are helpful.

Tomatoes, broccoli, and cucumbers are some of the veggies that you need to start including your meals. Tomatoes are alkaline by nature and when it is exposed to the bloodstream it increases the alkalinity of the blood and lowers uric acid.

To reduce uric acid in the body have raw or steam vegetables like potatoes or corns. 

Omega 3
Flaxseeds, walnuts, fishes like salmon, herring, mackerel, sardines are essential fat Omega 3 which reduces inflammation and swelling.
